Approval of general body is needed for retrofitting of our Jame of mosjid and construction of three storied annexed building with Minatare at the north An amount of Tk. 5 crores may be required. This money has to be arranged from Porishod and donations.
We propose to construct a 15’ X 10’ first food shop in the recovered space closed to garbage point for class iii & iv employees. Also to keep the space in our possession, avoid using for the urinating purposes. It will help us to close if any unauthorised shops are still being run inside DOHS. Approval of 3,00,000/- is required if approved.
Approval in principle may be accorded for construction of swimming pool by the sponsor.
Approval is needed by the general body to purchase physiotherapy machines for medical centers (Tk 9,00,000/- (Nine lacs). However, we have written to AHQ for supplying the machine.
Approval for Tk. 5,00,000/- (five lac) may be accorded for renovation of our basketball ground which is now in deplorable condition.
